its about self harm pretty much. speaking from personal experience its really hard to tell someone that you love that its out of your control, and that you aren't going to stop, but its a lot easier than telling them that you will stop but then you break your promise, and when they find out you can she the worry and disappointment in their eyes. she is saying that she has hurt herself again. she cant blame anybody else except herself, and it hurts to know that hurting yourself is the one thing that makes you the happiest. but she wants someone to comfort her, and love her for who she is, and tell her that they love her whether she does that or not. and that's part of getting better, at least for me it was, and you feel excepted when someone loves you for you, and that's exactly what she needs
