To me this is a great title because I think they say "....and you and I" because the truth of what we may call God (or various names for God), as known through prayer or meditation, is not something that can be properly stated in the physical sense, without allusion, allegory, metaphor, parables, and so forth; yet both the lyrics (combined with the other tracks on the album) do a great job of telling that story.
