I think there's something to be said for different layers of meaning in this song. Obviously, the surface talks about, "Hey, I like sex and I'm not ashamed to say so." But there's also the possibility of a deeper layer that says, "I like myself, even if you don't. I'm not ashamed to be what I am. I'm not trying to be someone else, just me. Don't try to force me into a mold. I'm unique." She's using one of the more unusual and yet well-known fetishes to make a statement that even if a person is different from the norm, that's okay.
