Now I think this woman is with the man the she left jon for but she still comes around to have sex but jon still lives her. Therefore she is cheating on the other man.

I COULD BE WRONG :)... but I went throw a break up with a lover and pretty much everything he wrote is my experience that I am going through so it helps, I can relate to the lyrics regardless if same meaning as I interpret.
